Deciding to start my own business was not something that I came to lightly. I did not even know how to start my own business, I just knew that I needed to. I really wanted to be my own boss. Everyone wants to be his or her own boss, but with me it was different. I do very poorly with authority. I have always had outstanding job performance, but I have lost several jobs because of conflicts of personality. I know that I have a strong personality, and that I am very self-willed.
