So they say weight loss is no laughing matter. Well I beg to differ. It is a fact that I need to lose weight. The problem with counting calories is that I just don’t remember to do it. I am not too serious about losing the waist line so when I am hungry all I want is that burger in front of me 2 minutes after I buy it.

Now I have found a really cool game called calorie king game, which is really fun. The object is to blast the bad food that is descending down like tetris I suppose. As you shoot the food other food is released. You are to catch the healthy food and avoid the high calorie food as it will add weight to you.

The great thing about it is, as you are in line deciding what real food to order, the game comes to mind and now you are conditioned to know that what you may be ordering is something you should avoid.

People who don’t play the Sims 2 online don’t understand my addiction. I have been playing the Sims deluxe for years, and still my friends laugh when they hear about it. In 2000, Bungie studio’s teamed up with Microsoft to put out their next big project and killer app first-person shooter named Halo: Combat Evolved. During its release sold more then 6.5 million copies and quickly became Xbox’s flagship franchise. Four years later came the highly anticipated sequel to Halo: Combat Evolved, which was called Halo 2. Halo 2 actually sold $125 million on its day of release, which allowed it to set entertainment industry records and breaking what Halo: Combat Evolved had achieved. Three years later the final installment to this amazing trilogy was released and surpassed what Halo 2 had achieved. Halo 3 raked in $170 million during the first 24 hours of release and also became the largest pre-ordered gaming in history.

The game Halo 3 for Xbox is considered a science fiction, first person shooter video game. It was developed by Bungie studio’s and released in 2007. The gamer plays as the main character that is called Master Chief. The Chief is a human super-soldier who is equipped with advanced battle armor. He’s been dubbed by gamers and gaming magazines as the Silent warrior. However the Chief does have an AI companion who goes by the name of Cortana. Through Cortana the gamer actually acquirer’s information, she provides a lot of the background information during the game as well as a lot of funny dialogue.

Gamers think they may have seen the last of the Halo games but reports on Bungie’s official website may state otherwise. It’s been reported that the developer’s are currently in the works with Peter Jackson for a new Halo game. Although there may not have been official updates as of late, there have been hints to gamers all around the world that something is in the works, but until then, gamers still have Halo 3 for Xbox.

Another new addition to Halo 3 are the Halo 3 Skulls. These skulls once obtained can allow the gamer to change their game play by making it more challenging, or changing things such as dialogue or appearance. These skulls are generally placed out of the way so that gamers have to look around in different levels to be able to find them. This however does tend to lead to frustration for many gamers who have no idea where to look. For those gamers, there are many different walkthroughs available for them all over the internet to help them obtain these skulls.

There are two types of categories of Halo 3 skulls that can be found, and each skulls, achieves something different. These two categories consist of Gold Skulls and Silver Skulls. Gold Skulls will give the gamer 10 gamer points when they are first acquired. There are 9 in total and if the gamer collects all 9 they will unlock the body and shoulder Hayabusa armor. The Gold skulls generally affect game play that will allow the gamer to make his or her game play more challenging.

Bungie studios, it’s a popular name in the gaming world, known for the highly successful Halo trilogy. It was originally founded in ‘91 by two undergraduate students who originally went by the name ‘Bungie Software Products Corporation’ and primarily released Macintosh games. One of the first ever games that the Halo Bungie developer’s put out was actually called GNOP! Which if you look closely is PONG spelled backwards. They did however have some other successful games such as Marathon, the Myth series as well as Oni.

The Halo Bungie website is also a place for gamers to learn about new and upcoming projects that the developer’s have on the go. It’s been recorded that the developer’s are currently working with Peter Jackson who is known for the Lord of the Rings movie trilogy on another Halo game that maybe called Halo Chronicles. So it’s very possible that gamers haven’t seen the end of the Halo franchise just yet.
