Technically barbarians are humans, just humans on massive heriditary anabolic steroids.

While humans are extremely well rounded in all attributes, Barbarians are a bitÃ¢â‚¬Â¦.wellÃ¢â‚¬Â¦.for lack of a more flattering termÃ¢â‚¬Â¦Ã¢â‚¬Â¦.slow in the mind. For this reason all the other races can easily convince the race to head into the battle head first, without thinking of the physical ramifications. Some call it loyal, some call it courageous, but the argument could be made that loyal and courageous many times is a product of a simple mindÃ¢â‚¬Â¦Ã¢â‚¬Â¦.just ask your dog.

Barbarians can be Good or EvilÃ¢â‚¬Â¦..therefore can migrate to either Qeynos or Freeport after finishing their initial stint on the Isle of Refuge.
